how do I reset my 9' mini dell to factory settings?
When I start my 9' mini..it goes to the screen giving me an option to go to safe mode,last known good configuration etc...if I hit last known good configuration nothing happens. or when I hit safe mode I get a scroll down screen that says "multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\windows\system32\drivers. then it freezes. I am trying to find the advanced settings but my keyboard does not have the f11 key...if anyone knows how to get around this please advise.

Some systems like Inspiron Mini 9 (910) do not support System Restore as they do not have nor any substitute.
If the key strokes are not working or you do not have PC Restore any more. You will have to do a manual reinstall. Click here for manual installation instructions.
