Poweredge T430 Onboard NIC not working

I just updated BIOS to 2.15 on a T430 and since then the onboard NIC has stopped working.

Not recognized by the OS, not recognized by Lifecycle Controller, no power or link lights.

I did the BIOS update via a USB ISO. Any way to rollback? Or better yet fix NICs?
