OMIVV 5.0 - compliance view shows all hosts in unknown status
Hi,
OMIVV = 5.0.0.1361
ESXi = 6.5 P03 build 10884925 - VIB dcism 3.3.2.ESXi6-1414
6.7 P01 build 15160138 - VIB OpenManage 9.4.0.ESXi670-3776
A credential profile is assigned to the hosts (Test host credential profile = successful)
But in the Management Compliance view:
CSIOR status = Unknown
SNMP Trap Status = Unknown
Hypervisor = Unknown
WBEM Status = Unknown
iDRAC Firmware Version = Unknown
In the Logs, it shows that the iDRAC for trap destination is already set?

Hello,
it seems something related to IDRAC firmware version. Which model of the server? Did you try to check if there is an updated firmware version of the idrac?

We have a mixture of iDRAC version in use, but all have the same issue.
iDRAC version
3.34.34.34
4.00.00.00
4.10.10.10

Actually i found something,
When I start the inventory job, if i direct after look at Management Compliance, I can see statuses
But each time i refresh the page it changes, and when the inventory is completed everything is back to unknown
