760, 6 beeps

How can my dell optiplex 760 be fixed? when remove vga cable its making 6 beep sound. Then i put back the vga its just powering on and not making a sound but its not displaying anything on the monitor even the keyboard nothing. When it powers on after about 8 seconds its going off and then automatically powers on again. Help

6 beeps, according to a Dell beep chart is video card failure, or if this model only has the built on the motherboard video then the motherboard will have to be replaced.  Considering the age of this model its not worth it to buy another motherboard (only a used board MAY be available).  For a little more than the cost of the motherboard you can buy a newer refurbished PC and maybe even one that will run Windows 10.
