790, upgraded ram, CPU running at a 100%
so i just upgraded my optiplex 790 from 8GB DDR3 665mhz to 16GB DDR3 1333mhz and now my cpu is allways running at a 100%, sometimes it hangs and then restarts.Before the upgrade it ran at 50% or less. if any one could help me

What version of Windows?
How does long test of ePSA do?
Create a Passmark MemTest86.com USB. Boot it and run long test. Should get 2 full/long passes with 0 errors.

Wait a minute. That does sound right. New ram must be compatible (ie., very close to old ram).
Also, there are rules against mixing DIMMs.
