Connect 3 monitors to DELL Optiplex 3050

Hi,

I want to connect 3 monitors to work simultaneously on my dell Optiplex 3050. It has one Displayport and one Hdmi port. If I buy an multi stream adapter for 1 displayport to 2 as below:

https://www.amazon.com.au/Monoprice-2-Port-DisplayPort-Multi-Stream-Transport/dp/B075754ZYC/ref=asc_df_B075754ZYC/?tag=googleshopdsk-22&linkCode=df0&hvadid=341792381450&hvpos=1o4&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1471623220277829133&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9069065&hvtargid=pla-568965835094&psc=1

Would I be able to run all 3 monitors in the extended mode if I purchase the above product and connect two monitors to displayPort?

Some of the configuration:

BIOS: 1.5.4

Intel HD 630 graphics

i5-6500T CPU officially supports 3 monitors up to 4096x2304 @ 60Hz. So I bought an original VGA module for my Dell OptiPlex 3050 micro PC. Dell part number is 0PKGGG. I think it's the same for SFF and MT versions.

I can confirm you can connect and use 3 full HD monitors at the same time.
