Convert HDMI to RCA

I have a Optiplex 3050 and I need to convert the HDMI to RCA connections to hook up to my video mixer.  I have the HDMI and RCA cables and the converter hooked up.  But when viewing the signal on the video screen all I see are horizontal bars of bright colors.  Is the HDMI connection of the back of the computer output?  Does anyone have any suggestions, something I can try.  Thanks

There is no such thing because RCA aka NTSC is analog and 525 LINE vga 640 X 480 at best.

There are devices that claim to work but I doubt this because RCA has no hdcp.
