Dell dvd for maintence and other utilites

The drivers can be had in a Cab file.  If you download and put in my documents then extract using 7zip you don't need a resource Disk.  This model is old enough that neither the OS or the Resource Disk are available anymore.

Windows DVD can be OEM system builder disk where you use the WIN7 COA key after you get online.

If this is a vista model you will have to buy windows.
