Optiplex 3060 Error- 2000-0151
Hi Support,
I have just received 40 pcs of Optiplex 3060 Desktop Tower and noticed that after setting up of the computers it will work for a while until all of a sudden received this error code - 2000-0151. I've researched into it about it and found out it's using SDD with a storage capacity of 256GB. The HDD bay is empty by default.... Could you assist in resolving the issue?
Thank you,

That code indicates a failing or failed drive. If possible backup the drive and replace it with another SSD. Now if the system is still under warranty call Dell tech support so they can repair the unit.

Hi JOcean,
Thank you for the information. For replacing the drive with a different SDD would not be a fair approach as I've seen the issue with multiple Optiplex 3060.... If I would not be able to remedy the culprit, then will replace the OS drive with an HDD. As for the warranty on the system it is valid until October 31, 2022.
Anyway, could you provide a procedure on how to contact Dell Support?
Best,
Sylvester

Contact Support is 1 of 7 links at the end of every thread.
Also, if you decide to go with HDD's, there's hybrid HDD's which are suppose to be as fast as SSD's. WD has a VelociRaptor 10,000 RPM HDD that's almost as fast as SSD. Entirely up to you.
