Optiplex 3060 can't boot from PXE

Hello I bought 10 new DELL Optiplex 3060 (and 1 laptop Latitude E7490 - same problem) I want to install them from my SCCM server, to install windows 10 Enterprise. I’m booting from the PXE NIC (IPv4), but instead of PXE booting the Dell Support Assist utility launches and starts scanning my hardware for errors. when i configured the bios to boot into normal NIC it recognize my DHCP and my SCCM server, try to launch the installation but a popup error massage on security stop it. i played more with the bios but nothing helped. i don't have any problem to boot and install other old Dell computers (without PXE NIC) from the SCCM . What can I do ? Thanks

There is support for this from both Microsoft and Dell.

HOWEVER it is not free.

First thing asked when you call about such questions is what is your credit card number because they charge per incident when you do not have an enterprise service contract.

Typical contract for an onsite engineer 24 x 7  is $250,000.

Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 will reach the end of its support lifecycle on July 9, 2019. Microsoft provides global technical, pre-sales, billing, and subscription support. System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager is the oldest I would recommend to be using.
