Listen for the beep pattern then use this page as a reference to find the problem.

I encountered such a problem and was solved by moving the modules to other slots.

Its giving error code 1 3 2. I am not sure what it is. I know its not the motherboard because the original modules work when reinstalling. The one i bought is crucial 4gb

What are the Dell part number on the original Dell DDR3 Non-ECC memory?

Maximum = 8GB
Slots = Two
Dell 4GB memory sticks =
P382H, 8C7JC, HKYF9, 60KD4
1333MHz, 512x64, 8K, 240 pin, 256x4, Dual Rank, Multiple, Unbuffered, 1.5v, Non-ECC

For my notes, send me via Private Message the PC service tag number.
