Can i put Amd ryzen 5 1600 3.2ghz CPU in Dell optiplex 7010?

If your motherboard is designed for Intel CPUs, you can't fit AMD.
If your motherboard is designed for AMD CPUs, you can't fit Intel.
So far as I know, all Optiplex 7010s leave the factory with Intel CPUs.
The incompatibility is at the level of the chipset which connects the CPU to all the other components in the system.
