Optiplex 790 power source

im looking for a stronger power source and have found a few...i have the optiplex 390 mini tower and the 790 power source that pumps out only 240 watts....ive found some power supplies that willl give me 500 or maybe more but do i need a ATX or TFX or does it even matter as long as all the connections are right? im a compter noob so....but just curious about these i also have a Nividia GeForce 750 Ti graphics card. any help would be appreciated.

The 790 Tower can use a regular EPS12v  80 percent efficient power supply.

You can't do this on the Desktop or SFF as its too small.

75W cards are not supported.

40W GT1030 works fine.

JOcean so you're saying that 700 watter Joshua posted in his post would work in my SFF tower with my nividia GeForce 750 Ti graphics card?

so just to confirm this power source will work in my SFF case?

i have an SFF mini tower im looking for soemthing to fit in it higher than 240 watts 400 or more anything higher than what i have.

yeah my tower is a mini towerSFF im new to all this stuff so i probably shouldve mentioned that any ideas of a stronger power source than the 790 240 watt? i also have a nividia GeForce 750 Ti graphics card i use with this computer.
