Upgrading Dell Optiplex 745 Mini Tower. Help please?

Hello!

My grandma gave me an old Dell Optiplex 745 and I would like to upgrade it into a gaming computer. I have never upgraded hardware, this is my tinker computer. Could someone please recommend the parts that I will need to run the games below? I will include the game specifications as well.:

Sea of Thieves:

4 GB RAM, DirectX 11, Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 or AMD Radeon 7750

Sims 4:

Intel Core i5, 4 GB RAM, Hard Drive 9 GB

Thank you!

An actual Radeon 7750 will work fine but RADEON R Series will not.

I would recommend a GT1030 instead.

That model is now 12 years old... There is very little you can do to bring it up to specification of a modern computer.

The GX620 TOWER is even older and works fine with windows 10 and a new GPU.

GTX 1030 is recommended because the 1050TI are too expensive right now.   The coinminers are also driving up the price of gpu's so that a $139 1050 ti is now well over $200.   There is also the issue of fake GPUs being sold.
