Can i use Windows 7 with secure boot enabled?

No. Never. Windows 7 does not support secure boot and newer systems do not support windows 7 only windows 10. Furthermore drivers and support are for 64 bit only. INTEL, ATI, NVIDIA, QUALCOMM, etc have ended 32 bit support.
