my dell 780 pc will not boot properly due to me being unable
cause my usb keyboard,and mouse not working in my bios screen in order for me to choose the boot sequence. need help badly

Likely some physical issue because both keyboard and mouse work in BIOS on the 780

Hi @bogpay175,
Have you tried plugging your keyboard into different USB ports? Have you tried a different keyboard?
USB ports can get finicky on older machines.
