Are These Parts Compatible with Dell Optiplex 7010 Barebone?

Alright, so I have 2 builds (One for lower end stuff that doesn't take much processing power but requires a semi-decent gpu and another for low-end gaming) and i was wondering if they'd fit AND work well in a barebone Dell Optiplex 7010 with the CPU fan, power supply (300 Watts), and motherboard that came with the system.
