WDS image capture / Optiplex 70xx / keyboard not mapping properly

I am using a Windows Server 2008R2 as my WDS role.

I am using a Windows 10 machine as my donor for my imaging project.

I build the machine, run sysprep, restart the machine, then network boot to PXE to access the WDS image capture. Once I get to the point the wizard where I specify the final network location of the completed image, I am unable to proceed. This is because the "\" key gives me a "?"

I have tried both OptiPlex 7010's and 7040's, and I get the same problem.

Has anyone else had this problem? What was done to remedy this issue?
