Dell PowerEdge T430 PSU0006 power supply1 is incorrectly configured.

Hi,

Yesterday I received our new Dell t430 server and I get the PSU0006 power supply1 is incorrectly configured for both PSU and the server wont start.

Any ideas what can cause the problem?
