Dell Diagnostic Utility Error Message
I recently ran the Dell Diagnostic Utility on my PowerEdge T310 ,service tag= , and when I scanned the drives, it gave me this report:
Errors
Error Code: 4400-011B
Msg: SATA_0-000_DISK_S/N;WD-WMAYP4451226 -Block 2139373: Medium error
Error Code: 4400-011B
Msg: SATA_0-000_DISK_S/N;WD-WMAYP4451226 -Block 2139392: Medium error
What should I do?? Thanks.

Hello
Run a disk scan to correct mark the bad blocks. If the disks are connected to a pass-through controller then run something like check disk from the operating system. If they are connected to a RAID controller then run a patrol read or consistency check from the controller. Once the block scan has been completed you can run diagnostics again to check if there are other bad blocks.
