Run a disk scan to correct mark the bad blocks. If the disks are connected to a pass-through controller then run something like check disk from the operating system. If they are connected to a RAID controller then run a patrol read or consistency check from the controller. Once the block scan has been completed you can run diagnostics again to check if there are other bad blocks.

Server DELL Power Edge R610 and drives are from servers 14 generation.
