Dell M610 Blade.. Disk failure on RAID1, replacement drive 0:0:0 still showing offline

My understanding was that the replacement drive should have come up as ready.... not sure where to go.

Rebooted into the Perc 6/iR controller BIOS, and realized this is an entirely different RAID BIOS, with pretty much the only option available being to "Resynchronize".  Which after selecting that, the resync complete successfully an hour later and everything was OK.

Hello.

Attempt entering into the controller BIOS using Ctrl +R utility during POST and force the Physical Disk 0:0:0 online under Physical Disk management and pressing F2 for options.

Let me know what you see afterwards.
