Drivers for Windows server 2008 R2
I've got PowerEdge T320 with H320 PERC. While Windows server 2012 installation procedure recognizes RAID1 disk that I've created, Windows server 2008 R does not recognize it. I've tried to find controller drivers for WS 2008 R2, but all I could find was some updates for allready installed servers. Where can I find drivers that i could use in install procedure?

2012 has the H310 drivers built-in, but 2008 R2 is too old and needs them added. You can extract the files from the Update Package for Microsoft Windows version manually or just use the "hard drive" (ZPE) version:
http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER02416328M/2/SAS-RAID_Driver_W2K8R2_D5N8T_A06_6.802.21.00_ZPE.exe
Download and run to extract the files before use.

Tomislav,
This is the file you will need - http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/dhs/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=5P51D&fileId=3398969957&osCode=MWS80&productCode=poweredge-t320&languageCode=EN&categoryId=SF
Download and extract the files. Find the extraction location and copy the driver file over and then when you select "Browse" on the OS install page then select that driver file for the controller.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you!
This worked. But just for the future needs, how can one extract the files from the update package?

filename /s /e=c:\extractedlocation
The need for this "may" go away in the future, as their current Update Packages have an Extract button/functionality in the GUI. Older drivers that will likely never get updated to the new format will probably always need the command line option, although "hard drive" versions exist of all of those (on the FTP site).
