E1810 Error On Drive 3 - Poweredge T610

I have using 6 HDDs in my My PE T610 server. Windows server 2008 64 bit.

Two days back I received Error display E1810 Error On Disk2 . and i have replaced with new Disk still displaying the same E1810. I have read some articles in dell support i understood that can manage the RAID and rebuild the storage  by Dell openmanage server administrator.

I started to install Dell OMSA, selected custom installation there under future selection having only server administrator web server. No any other future like server instrumentation and/or storage management.

Kindly advice for OSMA installation and Reconfiguration Disk.

Thanks in advance.

Vinu Vins,

I would recommend fully installing OMSA, including Storage. This will allow us to see the hard drives status. Are you aware if the replacement drive started to rebuild to the Virtual Disk when you inserted it? If not then that is likely the reason that the E1810 remained. Also with OMSA installed we can verify if the HDD's are possibly listed as Predicted Failures or not.

Let me know what you see.
