Embedded PERC H710 Mini (for monlithics) and controller id
I have a R720xd with an embedded PERC H710 Mini and am having trouble with the omreport command (part of the OpenManage Server Administrator 8.1). When I ask omreport for controller information, it tells me that no controllers are found:
[root@ofs001 srvadmin]# omreport storage controller
No controllers found
Do I have a configuration issue? Do embedded PERC's have a controller id? Is there a bug with OMSA 8.1?
I am running on a CentOS 7.1 installation with Linux 3.10.0-229.1.2.el7.x86_64 and 12th gen PowerEdge R720xd.
Any advice would be happily accepted!

Hi Becky,
There was a kernel update from Red Hat that resolved this . Kernel version 3.10.0-229.7.1.el7. https://access.redhat.com/solutions/1426013 You can try to see if the CentOS version has this update.
