Mazahir_Abbas,

So to clarify, you had 2 raid arrays (OS and Data)? You removed a drive and the Data array is failed, and the physical drives aren't showing in the Raid Controller BIOS??

What controller are you using?

What are the drive lights doing?

What is the raid configuration in the controller BIOS, also what do those drives show under PHYSICAL DISKS?

Let me know what you find.

Is the Foreign drive in the Data Virtual Disk that is inaccessable?

Please confirm that the data is inaccessable. If it isn't, then go to the controller BIOS (Ctrl-R prompt during boot)

From there highlight the Virtual Disk that has the foreign drive, hit F2 and then select Foreign Configuration. The select to IMPORT FOREIGN CONFIGURATION. This should cause the drive to rebuild.

If the Virtual disk with the foreign IS accessable then you will want to go to the same place and select Clear Foreign instead of importing.
