How to Boot Poweredge 2600 from External USB drive

I am unable to boot my Poweredge 2600 server from either the floppy drive, CD-ROM, or system drive.  (System drive has a corrupt system file, and I can't get to the floppy or cdrom drives.)

Is there any way to configure this server to boot off of an external bootable USB hard drive so that I can at least access my data on the server's RAID 5 set so that I can repair the corrupt system file?

No there isnt.

No such thing as a Dos Raid NTFS repair tool.

You'll need to get to the CD drive. You can then get into the recovery console to replace the file...
