How to flash Fujitsu hard disk with Dell firmware?

I used to have generic Maxtor hard disk and was able to flash it with Dell firmware using Dell Diagnostic tools.

I recently purchased several pieces of Fujitsu 147GB SAS MAX3147RC to install in my Dell MD3000i. I tried to flash it, but this time, when it goes to 70%, it pop up an error, it appears that the drives won't accept the Dell firmware. Anyone knows how to resolve this? I plan to use these drives in Dell MD3000i and MD3000i only accepts Dell certified HDD.
