Migrating from sas to ssd on a perc6i

I am wondering if it is possible to migrate from HDD to SSD on the perc6i and if so what is the best method/procedure to accomplish it.  The server is an PE2950. Is is our exchange server.  It has two VDs.  Boot drive is Raid1 and the data drive is Raid5.  The SAS drives are starting to fail and I think now would be a good time to move to SSD.
