Online/Offline Problems with Ultrastar ic35l146ucdy10 146GB HD

Hello,

I want install a set of Ultrastar 146GB HDs Part No 07N9418 Model IC35L146UCDY10IN a PowerVault 220S and/or PowerEdge Server. I can configure the arrays with this disks. Then I am initializing the logical drives with the PERC 4e. If the initialisation finished then the HDs are offline with a fail message.

Maybe somebody has the same probleme or what is to do thae the HDs are going online? Thank you for support and some hints what is to do to bring the HDs online! Thank you in advance.
