PE 2900/Perc 5/I firmware upgrade
I have a PE2900 with Perc 5/I that has Server 2012 R2 installed, OMSA is saying the controller firmware is not current, needs to be 5.2.2-0072. I've download that from http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=2RPK0&osCode=WS8R2&fileId=2974571956
When I attempt this update it says "The update package is running on an unsupported operating system".
Besides creating floppy disks is there another way to install the update? or am I safe to continue with the windows update package?

If you change the operating system at the top to either 2012 or 2012R2 it should list this:
