Hello,
could someone tell me what is the maximum disk size working with this controller? Can we use 2 or 4TB sas drives with it?

2TB is the maximum physical disk size.

Flash is correct. The Perc 5/i, with the latest firmware, can handle up to 2TB Hard Drives. You can create a Virtual Disk larger than 2TB, but the physical drives are limited to 2TB.
