PowerEdge R320 boot from USB

i can't boot using USB on my server PowerEdge R320.

i enable UEFI and secure boot and nothing. i need install windows server 2016

I suggest turning off secure boot unless you have a specific reason you are enabling it.

Make sure the boot order is correct in the system settings for the boot mode you are using. Choose the option during boot that allows you to select a boot device. USB devices will typically be categorized as a hard disk or hard drive in the boot options menu.

If you still encounter issues then make sure the USB port you are using is enabled in the system BIOS, try another USB port, and make sure you have properly configured the USB device to be bootable. You can find information about the system settings in the manual on the system support page.
