PowerEdge T320 in a no boot

PowerEdge T320 (Raid 5) is in boot failure, originally had a drgraded drive.
Have already rebuilt the drive.
System will reboot when trying to load Windows Server 8.
Trying to run a repair - unable to locate RAid drivers.
Stuck on the screen System Recovery Ooptions, asking to Load Drivers.
I have downloaded all drivers available, still no luck.
Where can I get the drivers?
I tried to run in a different OS but unable.
Saying ' ...not compatible with your system.
I was hoping to extract the drivers needed, but unable.
Anywhere I can just download the needed drivers to load the OS repair?
Has anyone seen this?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You in advance.

Hello

You can find the available drivers on the system support page.

http://www.dell.com/support/

If you need help finding the correct drivers then you will need to let us know which RAID controller you are using and the OS. I'm not familiar with Server 8. I suspect you are using some version of Windows Server 2008.

Thanks

Find out what version of 2008 you are running. Those drivers are for 2008R2. That is a different OS than Windows Server 2008. Windows server 2008 comes in 32(x86) and 64 bit. Choose the version of the OS you are running in the OS drop-down on the driver page and it will show the available drivers for that OS.

Hello,

It looks to be running PERC H310 Adapter
I download and extracted the driver files from https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=hm7mn
DRVR_WIN_HM7MN_5.1.112.64_A00_ZPE.exe
It looks to load the coorect drivers to run the system autrecovery options.
But when I try to boot off the Dell server 2008 CD to run the repair installation option, it fails to load the drivers.
same result when trying to boot off a USB bootable drive - unbable to locate drivers
What am i missing?

Thank you in advance.

Rich.
