R610 unable to install linux, wont pickup hard drive

I have seen the drivers for the OL 7 but they are .bin files. I tried to use rufus to make usb but it wont take them.

I created fat32 usb and loaded but for that matter all the drivers didnt work when I tried to update via bios on the server.

I can install kubuntu but i need oracle linux 7. How do i do this?
