Ram for Dell Poweredge r730
Hi! I want to improve ram with 32 gb 2133 gh ddr4 my dell poweredge r 730. But the official ram 32 gb on dell strore is very expensive for me and i want to buy ram from other manufacturers. Can you send me the list of compatible with dell r730 manufacturer's of ram. I found on amazon

The R730 supports RDIMM and LRDIMMs, that are 1333 MT/s, 1600 MT/s, 1866 MT/s, 2133 MT/s or 2400 MT/s registered, load-reduced Error Correcting Code (ECC) 1.2 volt DDR4 DIMMs.

Chris doesn't mention this, but you cannot mix RDIMM and LRDIMM in the server.
So you first need to find out if you have RDIMMs or LRDIMMs (anything below 32GB is automatically RDIMM, but 32GB can be either, and 64GB can only be LRDIMM). Once you know which type you have, you need to look for identical type memory. You can use Crucial's site or Kingston's site to select your server model and it will provide you a list of certified compatible memory (but keep the RDIMM vs LRDIMM in mind as those sites cannot look into your server to see which type you have).
