T440 not seeing hard drives
Hello and good morning. First timer here. Thank you in advance for your help and support.
I have an off-site Dell T440 sever which is not seeing any H/D's on power up. The following is a sequence of events that occurred.
- The server was powered down and a TPM module was installed. When booted back up, the drives were not seen.
- Server powered down and TPM was removed. Powered up, same result.
- Server powered down Raid controller was replaced. Powered up, same result
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Could you confirm a couple things for me?
Before installing the TPM did you update the BIOS to the latest version?
Did you configure the BIOS to UEFI boot mode?
Did you ever initialize the TPM?
You can find the steps for installing and initializing the TPM on page 104 through the top of page 106 here.
Were these the steps you performed?

Hello Chris, my utmost apologies. This had slipped through the cracks, and I have just received physical possession of the server here in my office. I will follow your directions and keep you posted.
