U320 drives on 2650

I have a PowerEdge 2650 (service tag: 1WFLP11) 

   It currently has 2 U160 16GB drives in it. I'm assuming the controller in the 2650 is a U160. We are planning to expand the storage of our 2650 servers by adding the U320 36GB Dell HDs (P#: 340-7883). 

   I just want to confirm that these drives come with the drive carrages and that they will work with the SCSI controller.
