r410 not finding MBR after recent power failure
Hello to all! I'm pretty novice when it comes to server management, so I apologize in advance.
I've been troubleshooting this issue for the past week and can't seem to figure it out. I run a r410 server out of my house for learning and fun. Recently, I had to move from one house to another. In preparation, I was fixing a thermostat in the house and the power cut off randomly. When it did, power to the server was cut as well.
I have four 2TB hard drives in a Raid 0 configuration (horrible I know).
Upon powering the server back up, the server's 1st HHD (the one I believe contains the MBR) does not go into a steady green light. Instead it shows a rapid blinking green light. All other HHD's show a solid green light. The UEFI fails booting because it can't find an MBR and attempts to do a PXE boot.
Everything I've read seems to indicate that the 1st HHD is 'rebuilding'. It's been like this for approximately three days with no change.
Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips that I could do to fix this issue?
Any assistance would be super awesome!

Its more likely the drive has failed. try swapping the drive's slot position with another one of the drives, turn on the system. Watch the drive, if it starts to flash the same way, the drive is probably bad. If it doesnt flash the same way, power off and swap the drives to their normal positions. Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for the response! I swapped the slot positions (HHD 1 went to slot 2 and HHD 2 went to slot 1). After POST, HHD2 in slot 1 went to solid green. HHD 1 in slot 2 (the problem HHD), went back to rapid green light blinking.
If the HHD is bad and my configuration was in RAID 0, am I out of luck? I had a ton of data on the system prior to having this issue. Is there a way to recover any of the data? We had lots of photos and videos through a nextcloud instance.

Update (14-DEC-2021): I'm attempting upgrade all firmware to see if that has any effect on what's going on. My hope is that something causes this HHD to come back online somehow. After getting into iDRAC, I realized a lot of stuff had not been updated.
I just got done updating the BIOS and iDRAC. Moving onto the Lifecycle Controller. Fingers crossed that something makes this thing come back from the dead!
