Compatible cpu upgrade for Poweredge 2850

Hi, I'm interested in upgrade my server and change the cpu for a dual core, right now the Intel xeon 3060 2.4 ghz seems fit my requirements, but I'm not sure if it's compatible with the Poweredge 2850 (although reading the technical specifications looks ok)

I'd appreciate if you can confirm me than this cpu works ok with the poweredge and if it's not, then suggest me the best cpu upgrade, thanks
