I am not 100% on what you asking, but let me give it a try. 

I am assuming you have the 2950 II or III, as they are the only two that supports quad core processors.

In regards to the OS, you would need to choose either Hyper-V, XenServer, or VMware. You can't use one inside the other. 

Once you decide which OS you want, let us know and we can assist you in creating the Virtual Machines.

I got the answer ,now i had installed xen server on one server with raid 50

i had 147X6 Hard disk ,but now i am not able to create SR,VM ,Template

could provide guidance.
