Enable Intel VT remotly.
Dear All,
I have a Dell PE 2950 Server located in one of the brach offices. I have to enable intel VT to have Hyper-V on the server. Is there any way or tool to enable Intel VT remotely ?

If you have a Drac 5 installed then you can boot the server using the Console Redirection. You would connect to the Drac web interface and then click on the Console tab and then Configure. Place a check in Enabled. Then click on the Console Redirect sub tab and then you Connect. Once connected you can reboot the server and enter the BIOS (F2) and enable Virtualization Technology (VT).

If you don't have a DRAC in the server, you can also use an IP KVM to achieve the same result (at a remote site it is usually a good idea to have all servers on IP KVMs in case you need to do something that has to be done outside of the OS).
