i found it already.  Just go to the support page and download the updated intel pro set driver.  It does everything for you.  Go to the properties of the LAN carsds in network connections and click on configure.  Then you should see a teaming tab on the top. 

I'm looking for the same thing for a PE2800 - I've already tried Intel PROset but it doesn't have NIC teaming capability. Does anyone know what utility to use for intel NIC teaming in Server 2003? thanks.

hey thanks, i got it to work using the pro set utility. right click on the adapter to "create new team" and selected "adapter fault tolerance" - it seems to work.
