The 1410 error is indicating there was an issue with an internal process of the listed processor. Now with that being said, it rarely turns out to be an issue with the processor itself. Let me ask this, are you seeing anything additional in, or after the error, being displayed? I would then suggest you power down the server and take it to a minimum to post configuration, which is removing everything from the server but the following;
One power supply
CPU1 (minimum for troubleshooting)
System board
Heat sink for CPU1 for prevention of overheating
One DIMM for CPU 1
Control panel
Control-panel cable
Riser card
Once everything is removed then I would also reseat the riser itself to ensure connection. After that then power the server up and see if the issue is resolved. If so then add the removed parts back one at a time to see if the error reappears, identifying the problem part.

Let me know what you see.
