Poweredge R610 Bios options - Processor Settings - Virtualization Technology

Question

Hello.

We just bought 4 Poweredge R610 server, and when exploring the Bios configuration options, under 'Processor Settings', there is this: Virtualization Technology. I did some search in Dell website, user manuals, google, but I can't find a place that actually could tell me what is this Virtualization Technology about.

Can anyone one point me out some paper, document, site, that explains what this is?

It is the technology needed for the hardware to assist the software in running virtual computers running on the same machine.
