    Hi Marko,

The T110 II takes UDIMMs and the NT8GC72B4NB1NJ-CG are RDIMMs. Page 86 of the user guide contains the section on memory.

    • 2Gb DRAM technology
    • Supports 2 channels per processor
    • Supports Un-buffered (UDIMM) ECC DDR3 DIMMs.
    • DDR3 speeds of 1333 and 1600 (with Ivy Bridge Processor) supported
    • Single Rank and Dual Rank UDIMMs supported
    • No RDIMM support
    • Low-voltage(LV) DIMM supported @ 3.5V only
    • Non-ECC DIMMs are not supported
    • Support for up to 32GB UDIMM memory (with 4 x 8GB UDIMMs)
    • No support for quad rank DIMMs
    • Single DIMM configuration only with DIMM in socket A1

Please send a private message with your service tag to ensure we have all appropriate information on your system.

    Thank you,

    Hi Jim,

    thank you for the reply.

So i have to check this information about the Ram, it must be:

    -ECC

    -UDIMM

    -DDR3 speeds of 1333 and 1600

    -Unbuffered

    -1.35V or 1.5V

the important thing that has these specifications right?

    Thanks,

    Marko

    Hi,

Unfortunately, HMT31GR7CFR4C is another RDIMM and will not work. Need to use UDIMM.

The Dell part number that will work is 96MCT.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Hi Jim,

do you think that memory "Dell SNPX3R5MC/8G X3R5M" could be fine for my server DELL T110 II?

Below a photo of this bank.

Hello Jimmy, Thanks for the comment. We have a similar challenge where the same  server model currently has two (2) memory cards, each 2gb in size with the model details: 2gb 1Rx8 PC3L 10600E

However, we want to replace them with two (2) 8gb memory cards. Unfortunately this has not been successful.

The server details are as follows:

    MODEL: PowerEdge T110 II, E11S

    SERVICE TAG:

    EXPRESS SERVICE TAG:

Kindly advise on which memory card details with 4gb or 8gb will work please.
