Create bootable USB/ISO for updating T7500 firmware?

I am running linux on the workstation and I want to update its BIOS, and PERC 6/i adapter. How do I create a bootable ISO to contain these firmware and install them?


The reason I want to upgrade firmware: The PERC adapter somehow can't see one of the 8 hard drives. Looking at the information of the adapter with MegaCli64 command line, I got the following, where address for the last port is empty:

Which Linux distro? Have you tried the RHEL packages?
