Failed to install SLES 11 x86_64 on PowerEdge G11 r610/m610

There's a "kernel panic" occur  when I install SLES 11 x86_64 on my PE M610 , and the same output when I install a PE R610:

It seems that the CPU can not be recognized in 64bit SLES 11's kernel,
but it's OK in 32bit SLES11.
