How do you install an OS with no DVD drive and no USb boot option?
I just received my refirbished Dell C2100 and was pretty excited about it until it came time to install Windows on it? No DVD drive no USB boot support so how do I get the OS onto the server? I don't have the ability to PXE boot servers

It has to have USB boot support. Have you installed Windows with a USB key before? Make sure to follow the instructions to the letter:

no option for boot other than he of network I dud build a USB drive but it never. Saw it

the only boot option are hard drive and network f12 has no boot options, I did build a USB drive and it never saw it, just weird, I never really gave the fact that the server had no DVD drive a 2nd thought, but it also only has 2 USB ports?

Did you know what you were buying when you bought the C2100? It is part of Dell's "cloud" server lineup; it is NOT a normal, run-of-the-mill, standard Dell server. I think if you meant to buy this model, you might be more prepared for what it is intended to do. I bring this up because of your comment about there being "only" two USB ports. If you are not doing cloud-specific computing with this server, I might recommend returning it and buying a "standard" Dell server.
Sorry, anyway ... the manual for the C2100 (if you do indeed have a C2100) has references to boot options involving USB:

MAIN MENU / USB Configuration: Make sure USB is Enabled. (p.43)
BOOT MENU / USB Drives: Try to Enable Force USB First. (p.46)
Also, make sure your USB flash drive inserted when you boot to the BIOS to look for/change USB options.
Again, I'm sorry, but I just want to be sure you have followed the instructions for creating a bootable installation USB drive ... people often get this wrong, then can't figure out why it won't boot to USB. Take a look at the instructions I sent you previously if you are not 100% sure you have done it right (I.e. it will boot on another machine ... if it does, then it must be the settings).
