Lag esxi 6.7 with qlogic bmc57810

I have a poweredge r630 with a Qlogic bmc57810 2xGb and i want create a lag (LACP) using a dvs with vcenter server and my esxi version is 6.7 u3.

The lag use two 10 Gb and they are connected to cisco switch sg350xg with another lag.

Algorithm is source and dest mac in esxi and cisco.

In teaming a failover policy i selected lag as active and two uplinks as unused.

All settings seem correct but only one nic goes up.....other down.....if i disconnect first nic the second goes up and viceversa.....but never concurrently......

I did upgrade driver on dell with lifecycle controller and on esxi with bundle vib offline.....

What's wrong???? Please help me!!! Thanks

Hey,

Have you updated the driver on Qlogic card? Here the link to check https://bit.ly/3a9AVMb.

Another thing to check is the LACP Team configuration, if it is set to ACTIVE - ACTIVE or ACTIVE - STANDBY? It should be ACTIVE - ACTIVE.
