MEMBIST failure - The following DIM has been disabled by BIOS

Please help!

I replaced the RAM, PROCESSOR and HARD DRIVE on my Dell Poweredge R710 but when the server is booting this error "MEMBIST failure - The following DIM has been disabled by BIOS)" message comes up about the RAM.

Any advise will be appreciated.

Thanks.

My ram detected. The ram works. It was in this system.

Now one is dropped. A1.

Might have to do with mirrored in bios. Might be I didn't look at memory config placement in manual. Maybe Dell is silly particular. I'm working with a r710. Its a dell. Its particular most likely.
